WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping Custom Prints and Custom Print Products in the USA:
Shipping for custom prints (framed or unframed) within the Continental USA is shipped via USPS Priority and it 100% Free for orders $50 or higher.
It is a standard $5 for $49 and below.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
Buyer/customer is responsible for duties and taxes/VAT required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations.

FOR COMMISSIONED ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Shipping times range from 3-9 business days after dry time is confirmed. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on weight:

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
- I do my utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- Returns are not accepted for reason of buyer preference - only for artwork or products damaged in shipping. A photo of the damage is required to begin the returns process, and damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact [email protected] with your order number and photos of damage for further instructions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be canceled ONLY if the artwork has not gone into production. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
